Welcome to the SISEP Micro-credentialing application process! We look forward to getting to know you as we partner with you to deepen your knowledge and application of implementation research and practice. We will open and accept applications for the Spring 2024 cohort December 1-31, 2023.
Before beginning your application, we hope you've had the opportunity to learn more about the Micro-credentialing program on
the Welcome page.
TO APPLY:
Download and complete the following application. Answer each question thoroughly so that we understand your experiences, your strengths, and what you hope to get from the process. This application is the first step in our partnership. Your responses will help us to tailor the learning to your needs and context. Upon completion, be sure to upload your application as Word Document and in accordance with our file naming conventions.** The SISEP Team will be in touch regarding the status of your application.
**Please rename your application document using this formatting: Last Name, First Initial | Document title (e.g. Ward, C | Initial Application Spring 2024).

- Applications Open: December 1-31, 2023
- Admission decisions communicated: mid-January 2024
- Asynchronous Learning opens on platform: February 1, 2024
- New Participant Orientation: Monday, February 12, 2024 (3:30-4:00pm ET)
- *Spring 2024 Community of Practice (CoP) #1: Monday, February 12, 2024 (4:00-5:30pm ET)
- *Spring 2024 CoP #2: Monday, March 11, 2024 (4:00-5:30pm ET)
- *Spring 2024 CoP #3: Monday, April 15, 2024 (4:00-5:30pm ET)
- All applicant learning submitted by April 30, 2024
*Attendance and active participation at 2 CoPs is required to earn the Shared Learning badge for each level.
