Micro-credentialing Program Dates

Program Dates: Spring 2026 Term

  • Application Window: December 1-21, 2025- CLOSED
    • We aim to notify participants of their participation in the program by mid-January 2026.
    • Current participants do NOT need to reapply.
  • Asynchronous Learning opens on the Platform: January 30, 2026
  • New Participant Orientation: Monday, February 2, 2026 (2:00-3:00 p.m. ET)
    • Newly admitted Level 1 participants will need to attend the Orientation & plan to stay for CoP #1.
  • Spring CoP #1: Monday, February 2, 2026 (3:00-4:30 p.m. ET) 
  • Spring CoP #2: Monday, March 2, 2026 (3:00-4:30 p.m. ET) 
  • Spring CoP #3: Monday, April 13, 2026 (3:00-4:30 p.m. ET)
*Attendance and active participation at 2 CoPs is required to complete the CoP Activity for each level. New Program participants must also attend New Participant Orientation.

Submissions for Level materials will be accepted on an ongoing basis. We've found that participants are most successful when completing a Level within a 3-4 month period. As such, we recommend participants aim to complete all Activities within their Level by May 31, 2026.

Spring & Summer 2026 Check-ins (optional)
The Micro-credentialing Team will host OPTIONAL check-ins between CoPs. Participants may drop-in with any questions for support on Micro-credentialing Program Activities. There will not be a planned agenda for this time, and reminder emails will not be sent. Attendance at a Check-in does NOT count towards CoP requirements.
 
(Please note that, per OSEP grant-funded activity requirements, the Micro-credentialing Team cannot provide coaching or consultation for work beyond supporting the Micro-credentialing Program Activities during Micro-credentialing Check-ins.)
