Recipients of the Level 3 Team Developer Practice Badge will be able to apply implementation strategies and facilitate specific implementation activities/tools to build and sustain effective implementation teams. Recipients of this badge will reflect on their current skills, develop a plan for skill development, and demonstrate learning in at least one of four foundational implementation support practitioner core competencies: Building Teams, Cultivating Leadership, Building Capacity, and Brokering.
