Level 3 - Team Developer

Equipped with a conceptual understanding of a stage-based approach to implementation, Level 3 participants are now positioned to discern who does the work of supporting implementation. The Level 3 Team Developer badge is for participants wishing to master strategies for forming and strengthening implementation teams to support the implementation of evidence based practices, programs, and/or initiatives. Participants applying for this badge will also have the opportunity to explore and refine their knowledge and skills for four foundational implementation support practitioner core competencies: Building Teams, Cultivating Leadership, Building Capacity, and Brokering. This level is the second of three badges needed for the Blossoming Super Badge.

L3 - Practice

Recipients of the Level 3 Team Developer Practice Badge will be able to apply implementation strategies and facilitate specific implementation activities/tools to build and sustain effective implementation teams. Recipients of this badge will reflect on their current skills, develop a plan for skill development, and demonstrate learning in at least one of four foundational implementation support practitioner core competencies: Building Teams, Cultivating Leadership, Building Capacity, and Brokering. 

    L3 - Shared Learning

    The Level 3 Team Developer Shared Learning badge incorporates several opportunities for participants to learn, share, network, and reflect as a group.
