Level 3 practitioners engage deeply with the Implementation Teams Framework and the ISP Core Competencies of brokering, team building, capacity building, and cultivating leadership. Through reflective tasks, Community of Practice leadership, and application of implementation tools in their contexts, participants cultivate skills to foster systemic improvement and lead high-impact implementation initiatives.
