Level 3 - Team Developer

The Level 3 Team Developer badge in the SISEP Micro-Credentialing Program is awarded to practitioners who demonstrate advanced competency in implementation science, emphasizing leadership and capacity-building. At this level, participants apply the Active Implementation Frameworks (AIF) to address complex implementation challenges and drive sustainable change within organizations or systems. Level 3 practitioners engage deeply with the Implementation Teams Framework and the ISP Core Competencies of brokering, team building, capacity building, and cultivating leadership. Through reflective tasks, Community of Practice leadership, and application of implementation tools in their contexts, participants cultivate skills to foster systemic improvement and lead high-impact implementation initiatives. Earning this badge reflects a practitioner’s expertise in shaping and sustaining effective practices and positions them as leaders in the field of implementation support.

Level 3 - Practice

Recipients of the Level 3 Team Developer Practice Badge will be able to apply implementation strategies and facilitate specific implementation activities/tools to build and sustain effective implementation teams. Recipients of this badge will reflect on their current skills, develop a plan for skill development, and demonstrate learning in at least one of four foundational implementation support practitioner core competencies: Building Teams, Cultivating Leadership, Building Capacity, and Brokering. 

    Level 3 - Shared Learning

    The Level 3 Team Developer Shared Learning badge incorporates several opportunities for participants to learn, share, network, and reflect as a group.
