Level 2 - Apprentice

The Level 2 Apprentice badge in the SISEP Micro-Credentialing Program is awarded to practitioners who advance their understanding and application of implementation science by actively applying the Active Implementation Frameworks (AIF) in real-world settings. At this level, participants deepen their knowledge and use of the Implementation Stages Framework. Additionally, participants are introduced to the Implementation Support Practitioner Core Competencies to support their capacity in co-learning, understanding context, and relationship building. Participants will engage with the content through structured learning activities—such as targeted reading, reflective practice, and Community of Practice meetings. This badge signifies a commitment to strengthening the practical skills necessary to guide implementation efforts effectively, positioning practitioners to make a meaningful impact in their organizations and communities.
